  • I heard if you switch to orange juice in the morning instead of coffee you'll eventually kick that caffeine craving and have more energy with the juice than the coffee.. I'm not sure though.. I've never had coffee... I drink decaffeinated tea and no pop. So I just stink at answering these sort of questions.:tongue: :wink:

  • i agree.. working on all parts of your stomach, waist and butt will help even things out... I jog an hour every day (7 days) and do crunches every other day. I still have atiny pouch still but i'm still working on it. it's one the hardest spots to trim

  • the first two week kit cost me $200 They gave me Two weeks worth of SHake of my choice (both individual packets and a container), snack bars of my choice, tea of my choice,a pedometer, measuring tape and booklets to fill in. after that i could buy any of these separate. I think the shake container for one week is $39

  • I use Minerelles.. i get it online.. my skin drys out and this is the only stuff that has kept me from breaking out. There are no Toxins and it is filled with minerals.. it's safer to wear it rather than not. anyway... here is an awesome website you should check out.   • get gluten free foods... those are really growing in popularity. There is some bread called Ezekiel 3:16 bread... no wheat... it tastes just like bread. I bought the raisin bread and it was very very good. It's in the organic freezer isle
