LOL.. I'm too clumsy for pilates.. I did them today. How embarrassing for me. I don't know if I'm just not flexible enough or if it's not hard enough for me or if i'm too tall... It just doesn't do it for me. Give it a try... I know a lot of people who love it:wink:

you are strong to give them away... I gave some to my coworkers... but everyone is on a diet! I trust they will be eaten by my family members.. maybe i'll have a party and just set them out for everyone to eat.

hey... i like richard simmons... he makes me laugh. I heard somewhere that your metabolism goes up while on your period... It doesn't seem like it because of water retention... but that's what i read somewhere

Girl Scout cookies. I bought a lot of girl scout cookies before i started this. I just got them today and already had too much! so... I have a plan. My husband will hide them from me and set out two cookies out for me before he goes to work and two when i come home from work. that should work... right:ohwell:

You might consider becoming a vegetarian soon... things in the FDA world is changing. They are letting things go. Playing God is now aloud (cloning was recently aloud). I walk everyday... I too live in a village in the middle of nowhere. I walk only an hour. If the snow is really bad I walk 20 minutes and just do sit ups and pushups and stuff. I've almost lost 10 pounds by not over doing it. I'm being careful with what I am eating. If I do go over board with food... I just jog in place or…

yeah i've stopped exercising at one point in my life. It look me a month to really get back on track... It was hard for me. I'm generally a lazy person.:frown: Good luck.... hopefully you'll find your motivation again

holy cats!! I walk an hour or longer (when it's warm) everyday and it says I only burn about 300 calories... hmmmmm... oh well! That's encouraging~

I'm at work and my face is on fire, my ears squeak and pop, my nose is runny and plugged, and my coughs are heading to my chest. I think I heading for the flu. I can't have the flu!! I had exercise bulimia... it's an addiction that I had 2 years ago... I didn't know what it was until I passed out at Cedar Point. I was exercising every calorie that I consumed... I didn't leave a single calorie for my body to live on. I was thinning fast and everyone was telling me how great i looked... I was so addicted…

This is been the worst day so far... I went to a new bar in town with some friends and didn't have drink, instead I ate a burger for lunch with like 10 fries... That burger came to be over 1,000 calories! I would have had fish but the only thing on the menu was Burger, chili cheese fries, calamari, and one other thing...…

I'm so proud!! I had a Portabella Mushroom Sandwich with Pesto, Tomato, Spring lettuce, and Mozzarella cheese on a wheat bun. And a side of grapes. mmmmmmmm very filling

when you say you blew it 500 calories does that mean you went over the net calories (say I'm supposed to eat 1,200 calories but i really 1,500) or is it after exercise in the Calories remaining (does it say -500)?
