I just joined and I have been struggling to lose weight to prepare for Weight Loss Surgery. Sounds silly to loss weight to loss weight but it is a requirement of the Ontario program. Optifast is the product I will be on before surgery, so I think it is a good product since it has been selected by Bariatric Specialist.
