I'm just trying to come up with something, anything that will make this headache go away. I've been taking flexaril in case it's my TMJ, she checked my CBC CMP…

I haven't had any issues with it either. The only thing I don't like is I'll have PMS symptoms and no period, but it never lasts this long. I haven't had a period basically since I had it put in. And periods are SO bad for me-they last WEEKS sometimes months, and I get maybe a week or two off of it before the next one…

I weigh 200 lbs and my HRM estimates that I burn about 280 cals in level 1. My HR stays @ about 150-169 the whole time. Hope this helps. It's going to vary on how much you weigh and how hard you work at it (breaks, intensity etc)

Of course it's a scam. I have a pair, but I know and fully admit it's a scam...lol I thought maybe it would make my skin tighter as I lose weight :) Honestly, it's kind of like a wet suit. It makes you sweat a lot more than usual and it all just pools up inside of there.
