This might sound strange, but its got so much protein in it and is yummy! 1/2 cup 1percent cottage cheese 25 almond nut crackers 2 oz steak It's tasty and keeps you full all morning. I think it's about 280 calories.

Hi all, I've just started really using MFP religiously, and its great! I'd love to have some friends on here. I'm 28 mad looking forward to losing 60 lbs. MFP is kind of addicting, which is great to keep you accountable!
