You betcha!!! Love that instructor is willing to teach a morning zumba class. Expecting it to be packed. If my gym wasn't open I would take a stroll after eating. Which I may do anyway.

That sir, is a lot of hard work and dedication showing on you!!! Giving you a standing ovation!

I agree to find fun activities such as bike riding, but realize living in an apartment might mean less space to store gear. One activity that my daughter loved was badminton. We just threw a stick on the ground and that served as our net. Lots of giggles and it does get your heart rate going. I'm proud of you working hard…

How cool is that?!!! I don't know squat about what you were creating for comic con, but I do know hard work and dedication when I see it. Excellent job. Plus a tip of the hat to your photographer.

I wear custom orthotics due to high arches and have arch/foot pain. I started doing Pi-yo about a month ago and a side benefit was that my foot pain has gone away! So maybe some simple yoga and stretching would help. But, I'd still see a Dr to make sure everything is ok.

I'm 5'9" and weighed about 125 in my twenties and was healthy. Like you, I'm also very small boned and dr's never had a problem with my weight. Naturally the weight crept up as I aged, however I'm 49 and at 135 now and just need to firm up so I'm lifting weights. My only warning is watch out for the "skinny fat" where you…

I once had a man tell me "Any woman can have a big chest with surgery. However, a great pair of legs and butt require hard work." I'm still small chested and still working on keeping those great legs:wink:

Here is what helped me to break my soda drinking. (I will say I only drank 1 can a day, but I wanted more water.) I carry a water bottle everywhere!! Secondly, I don't work so I bought diet soda in the small bottles and put one in the fridge. If I felt like having a drink I had to get up have a drink and put it back in the…

Oh for the love of all things fried, I never considered toasting my bread for my PBJ!!!!!! I think I have my dinner selection for tonight!! Oh, but seriously it has to be blackberry or raspberry jelly:love:

I am currently recovering from a year and a half with frozen shoulder, in both shoulders, so let me tell you what worked for me. First, absolutely see a Dr. to make sure you don't do further damage. The Dr. might suggest a little physical therapy to get the shoulder functioning again. Second, after getting Dr approval I…

Most labels say no fabric softner and I usually run mine in dryer a few minutes then hang to dry. I also drape mine over the shower rod when I get home to let them dry before I throw in the hamper to reduce the chance of stink.

One thing I don't wear to the gym - make up!!! (However, if you are there after work you are going to have some on.) Nothing scares me more than seeing a lady working up a good sweat and then having make up running down her face. To protect the eyes of the innocent I wear fitted capri pants because I have long, pasty legs…

I have a fitbit but it doesn't accurately measure my steps. I've walked the same as my husband and he ends up with twice as many steps. My husband and I have decided that since I'm recovering from frozen shoulder (both shoulders) I don't move my arms as much or I have a light step. I've tried resetting my step stride and…

Need. More. Kitties. Now!!! Please:heart:

I'm 47 and have said that when I reach 50 I will stop dying my hair. (However, I think that will never happen.) I have ugly grey, wirey hair and am really pale so not the best look for me. However, I think silver hair is awsome and would rock that in a minute! So I think it depends on your natural shade of grey and your…

Applause!! How awsome that you made your goal and Happy Anniversary!!! Keep up the hard work.

A benefit of living in Georgia is that I can ride my bike in the winter. Loved riding my bike as a kid and still love it at 47 years old! Happy trails!
-
I can not, no matter how many attempts, do a video at home. I'm bored, don't give it 100%, whatever. However, I love to ride my bike on trails. Gym classes and/or weights have always worked for me. Something about seeing people and how hard they are working really motivates me. Even something basic like shooting hoops or…

I'm 5'9" and 137. I've always weighed between 130-140, but I have a really small frame. (Plus, I'm a pear and carry everything in my hips.) I'm doing this to eat healthier and get stronger, not lose weight.

5'9" and 137 pounds. Pants are 6-8 and small shirts. I'm very pear shaped.

My favorite brand is Asics. I have extremely high arches and wear a custom orthotic that fits nicely in that shoe. They can be very pricey but I believe their basic shoe is around $60. Those with more support are around $110. I am not overweight, but invest all my money in my footwear as it helps prevent back and leg pain.…

I sometimes suffer from lack of energy also and all tests for thyroid and iron come back ok. So, I started listening to my body. Appears that water intake plays a huge factor since the more water I drink, the more energy I have. Also, I just need more rest days than others. I just can not do an activity every day. I've…

I suspect she might feel insecure if you were doing something else such as a new hobby or furthering your education. Couples counseling is a great idea and might lead to her getting personal counseling to deal with her emotions. I worry that if she doesn't learn to cope it will only get worse with the stress of a new…

Will celebrate 23 years this year. My husband is overweight and hates exercise, but when I look at him I still see the 23 year old man I married. I love him no matter what his size.

My father passed away unexpectedly a few years ago. I'm not that much of an emotional eater so exercise is what helped me the most. Walking and bike riding helped me by giving me quiet time with my grief. Sometimes I came home with tears on my face but I was working it out. Best rides were those with lots of hills so I…

Holy Crap Girl you look amazing!!! Those photos are just what I needed to keep me on track. Thanks for sharing.

I just finished my yoga class today while wearing glasses. They got a little steamy and crooked, but didn't fall off. Give it a try!

First, a huge thank you for your service. Second, I lost a lot of weight simply by pushing my daughter in her stroller every morning and night. As she got bigger I bought a bike seat and took her on bike rides. My point is that maybe you can keep a commitment to spending that time with your son. Third, maybe you can find a…

Your hard work is paying off!!! The best gift you can give your kids is you living a healthy lifestyle.

I love zumba and there are always a few men in the class. They always seem to be having the most fun because they are smiling, yelling and even joining the instructor sometimes on stage. Rock on and have fun!
