5'4", in a range of 115-120 lbs. Been maintaining this weight for about a year and a half, have been losing weight off and on since a high of 200 lbs in 2008.

I don't know if this helps or not, but I've already *lost* 80 pounds over the past 5-6 years. I guess what I'd say is that it's definitely possible, and don't let things like plateaus hold you back. You hit a plateau, just ride it out.

I try to stay around 115. If I'm a couple pounds over or under, that's cool, but once I hit 120, it's time to get stricter with myself again.

I'm always cold too, but I'm just one of those people who's always cold. I was like this even before I lost weight.

Then I'm going back to my habits of not keeping tempting foods around and trying to eat as many fresh fruits and vegetables as possible. I also want to set up my bike on rollers so I can get some exercise. I like to bike and walk but the weather for…

Yeah, I find routine helps me a lot too.

I'm about 5'4" and my maintenance goal is 115. Right now I'm a little above that (around 120), due to some holiday stupidity. I usually can maintain at around 1500 cals.

I'm pretty bummed; I gained about 5 pounds. :(

I lost about 80 lbs which sounds impressive, but I did that over a period of 5 years, mostly in dribs and drabs. I found it was easier to lose 10-15 pounds at a time than a big number. Maybe you should try that. Also, seconding what people say about diets. You need to make a permanent lifestyle change that you can keep up…
