I was running about 21 to 24 miles a week. Which is about 3 to 5 per day. I'm not a runner i just like doing cardio for some rest and relaxation. I also like seeing my times increase. Personally, I the type of person that loves to run outside and i have to say it doesnt make a difference between running on a treadmill VS outside. Its virtually the same thing and the only difference is that a machine makes a educated guess about distance and calories.
