ive had 2 kids, and ull get there, clean up ur diet even more then u prob have, cardio no longer then 40 mins a day and lift HEAVY not a 5 lb weught, try like low reps heavy, and u need way more then 20 mins a day 3 times a week try about hr and a half total 5 days a week, i promise u will see resukts in a couple weeks,…

original goal was 115lbs but when i got to 118 i started lifting and that was in may and now im 125lbs, size 1-3 in womens. not sure what my bf% is but it would be nice to reach 120 again but im not sure if its possible unless i lose muscle. im 5'1.5

if u feel hurt by it, its wrong. i dont mind but there are alot of things im not ok with. like he cant hug other women even if they are friends. it gives me that "hurt" feeling inside (hope you no what i mean) so therefor its not ok. u need to talk to him about it, hearing other ppls opnion might make u push ur feelings…

well most ppl are lightly active and are supposed to choose a realistic amount of weight to loose each week like .5-1 pound a week. and if u workout daily ur supposed to choose very active and ur supposed to eat back ur exercise calories

on my rest days i actually eat less.... say my goal is 1400 i burn 500 in exercise so i eat a total of 1900. but if i dont workout ill only eat1200- 1400. now on my cheat day or refuel day ill eat my tdee which is like 2500 tal

haha i agree i dont think so ppl look. ive seen ppl say great job or w2g on ppls diarys who are just straight junk food and really low. pretty sure 4 cans of pop and some cookies and chips is not good

i think it all depends on muscle mass and how much ur burning threw exercise to. on days i burn 500-700 cals i do eat 2300 cals and im 5'1.5 120lbs, but if i sit on my *kitten* all day i only eat 1200-1400 oh ya and i havent lost weight since may

pretty sure i do, worse some days more then others. ive never brought it up to a doctor cuz i hate bringing up personal things so i just avoid it.
