are you eating at a surplus?? im assuming not since ur trying to lose weight and im guessing since u said this ur a female. hunny u cant bulk up eating at a deficit unless ur on roids i wouldnt worry about "bulking up". drink some water and eat a meal with good fats, carbs, and protein at ur next convenience.

my kids get me up at 630 everymorning and then i drive to the gym~30 min drive and kill my workouts for 2 hrs(daycare only provided for 2 hrs 9-11am) thats my motivation, if i get lazy i dont get to workout, then im mad. plus i love it!!

i have a polar ft4 and it works great and ive found that since i have a very low hr i burn way less cals then mfp or any gym equipment calculates. wont workout without it
-
i got one twice, it was only 15$ a hr for me at my gym. i just used each day to build a routine so i could do on my own, one day for lower body exercises one for upper body, i think needing one for more then a week is unnecessary. learn it the first time and make improvements as u get stronger/more educated.

it depends how many calories u burn, so maybe ya, i no some days i eat 2500 cals just from a 2 hr workout session, so if ur practice or games are longer then that ur gonna burn tons of calories that ur body needs
-
mc ds is so icky for u, even if it fits in ur day why not use those calories on real nutritious food
-
brown rice, quinoa (sp?), lentils, all veggies, oats, chicken, fish, greek yogurt, fresh fruit, not cannned and if u do buy canned make sure its no sugar added or in own juice, protein powder or a good protein bar like quest bars or balance bars(those kinda taste like *kitten* tho) and make sure ur eating enough cals
