i turn mean and just avoid food. i feel bad sometimes only cuz i look like a idiot but i feel better inside knowing i made the better deccision, i have flat out said i wont eat something because its unhealthy and bad for u while the person next to me is scarfing them down, then they feel gross hahaha

i think its the type of food ur eating, ur sodium is really high. it should be 2500 or LESS. and maybe focus on eating cleaner, and switch to egg whites instead of whole eggs, or do 3 white and 1 whole.?? i think u should just find healthier lower cal foods and that should help out

maybe once a week, i only gain weight so its pointless for me,, and im not complaining, just proving that muscle weighs more then fat and with 17%bf i dont care if i gain as long at my bf% stays the same or goes lower

i dont have proof but my first ultrasound i was 3 weeks, they saw 2 specs(way to early to determine if it was eggs or or cysts or shadows) i had bleeding for 4 months in the beginning, i think it was twins so there might be some truth to the pill and miscarriage,

what i do is i set the timer and i log my workouts with that, it gives the cal burn for that session, and the time, fitbit will add up by the end of the day as long as u stay active, just dont sit around all day and mfp is just a guess, some ppl burn 200 cals for a 20 min workout and and another person same height and…

ive noticed that anything after 1200 thats when u start getting calories back on mfp, but my fitbit is already at 11000 steps and 1900 cals so maybe u need to move more, also fitbits are not hrm so are only a glorified pedometer

i do it everyday. but not for weight loss purposes. i stop eating at 10pm and dont eat till 1 or 2pm 16hr fast sometimes 18. what is ur goal with doin this?

i have a fitbit, its cool, but ya a pedometer, it doesnt track hr, so if ur sitting there lifting weight busting ur *kitten* sweating all crazy out of breath, a fitbit wont no that and give u a minimal read for ur workout when in fact it was prob alot higher burn. im getting hrm to track my workouts along with my fitbit.
