maybe u need more food, or yes the med can do it, thats why i stopped taking zoloft, prozac all that stuff, but my anxiety is only social anxiety and i just have a med i take as needed and it hasnt effect me, but i only Take it once a week, maybe talk to ur doc about side affects, i no low libido is a huge bad side affect…

nope!! when im on my refuel days my breakfest will be about 600-700 or more but those days i also eat close to 3000 cals

im always freezing, but when i sleep i have cold sweats and sweat really heavy if/when i workout, no idea why, my doc says it has something to do with my hypothyroidsm. its really annoying

i was lucky not to get stretch marks with either baby but my skin did go back, i have some loose skin when i bend over or smush it together but when standing you cant yell anymore, dont give up!!!

very inaccurate ive seen it say 114 in 5 weeks and ive maintained it saying that for a week sometimes and i wont even lose a pound, my thing is actually saying ill be 10 pounds lighter like everyday for the last month and i gained weight recently
