I just started back on this about two weeks ago. I've not been too active on the message boards in the past but I could use some extra motivation to keep me going! Down 10 pounds in 2 weeks so far! We can do it! :)

Despite the fact that I wore awful shoes for running the first day... my knees felt fine the next morning! I am so glad that I am able to do this without it being painful. Hope everyone is doing great!:smile:

If anyone is still watching this post, I have been wondering this too. I am looking for something with low impact on my knees because most things cause knee pain for me. I am only 26 but I have A LOT of weight to lose and I know that is what is causing the knee pain during work outs. I can ride my bike outside without pain…

I happened along one at a thrift store.... I don't have a lot of extra cash right now and have been looking for a few things to help with my diet and was so excited to find it there! I paid 2 bucks. Works great too! :happy:
