If it fits your macros, eat it! Deprivation, as a couple others have stated, is unhealthy. Unless you've been diagnosed with celiac disease or gluten intolerance, enjoy the grain/wheat based carbs. Moderation is key, not restriction. Happy nomming! :happy:
