Thanks, I am 175cm and started at 88kg, down to about 83.5 right now. My current goal is 80kg with possibly going down to 77kg, but I want to get some definition too. And my plan is to lose between 1 to 2 kg per month, I think it's not unrealistic, obviously the last kg will be the hardest one.

Thank you all for the replies, i actually shop at Aldi so I will have a better look at what they have got. Yirara, i know you can't beat real artisan crusty bread, my favourite meal is a nice fresh bread with antipasti, cold meat and cheese, some chutney and pickles!! That's where i went wrong, because i can't control…

No nothing wrong with bread, but white bread make my stomach balloon, and my problem with bread is that i just love it. I have been known of eating a whole baguette on my own, and once i start i don't know when to stop. That's why i put it in the freezer because it does not make it so accessible. But even at 134 calories I…

Is the swim on open water or a swimming pool? If it's in open water, you should definitely train in open water when you can, as it is completely different to swim in a pool. Also if you have to wear a wetsuit, train with it. In my case it almost made me give up on one of my first triathlon as I could not breath properly…

That's impressive, I am 56 and that's the kind of goal I would love to achieve. Started on December 04 last year and already lost 4kg. A bit of setback with a cold/flu illness right now and can't wait to go back again at it. But seeing your pictures and your journey is a real inspiration.

I don't know anything about Keto diet, but i know a fair bit about kidneys. And if this diet can make an existing problem worse, I would seek medical/professional advice. Last thing you want is to damage your kidneys, believe me

I work 18:00 to 02:00, not officially a night shift but still find it really hard to stay on track with my eating. When i get to the office, i just want to eat (i don't know if it's out of boredom or comfort food). I am trying to take in healthy snacks, stay away from the table with all the sugary stuff that people brings,…

once your ankle feels a bit stronger, do some light trampoline work, throw a tennis ball against a wall while on the trampoline, this will work all your muscles/tendon around the ankle.

Thank you, that's what I thought, good advice about cutting it short and faster though, I may try this when I have less time J

Sorry to hijack this post. Since December my workouts have been (as it is currently), 8 sets of 350m run or 600m rowing or 3km cycling, alternating with 40 reps set using free weight, machines, bodyweight, with no rest between. Would this workout be categorised as Circuit Training (which I use for my entry on MFP exercise)…

I have an office job, so obviously a lot of sitting down. I try to be as active as I can, and until due to my circumstances I could not go to the gym regularly or like before when I was doing a lot of cardio (running and cycling). Working the late shift also, I find it very difficult to stick to healthy eating at work,…

Yes that sounds better. I may take my physical activities to 5 days a week as I am coping pretty well with 4 sessions a week. Thank you!
