3 slices of turkey with provolone cheese and mustard on a 100 calorie multi-grain thin bread. 6 strawberries and a granola bar.

i try not to replace those calories. if i am hungry then i would grab something. listen to what your body is telling you.

my wife had the bypass surgery 8 yrs ago. you must learn to eat all over again. i'm on my ipod touch right now. leave me a msg and tomorrow i can go into more details when i'm on the pc. she is doing well and i will answer your questions from a spouse's perspective.

whatever pain you are feeling will pass. just focus on your personal goals and the rest will fall into place. remember you are losing the weight for YOU.

you could be drinking to much water. to much water can wash out electrolites. this sounds strange, but when i feel like that i eat a candy bar to increase my sugar level. if it continues talk with your doctor.

mind over matter. try eating 6 small meals a day. drink plenty of water. my motivation was my son. when he was in basic training he did not eat after 8pm. i stop at 9pm. i said to myself if he can do it so can i. find something to motivate you to your goal. you can do this!

i know some ppl weigh themselves once a month. i weigh myself on sunday mornings before breakfast.
