Hi your story sounds similar to mine. I was at my heaviest weighing 288 a few months after my daughter was born. I have struggled with it since I was a child. Just sent you a friend request.

I have one co-worker that says she is on WW, but so far she has gone out to eat at the places around here all week. Pizza, sushi, chicken tenders, etc. I am pretty sure that is over her points. Another coworker will eat a WHOLE watermelon in one sitting and says because it is fruit she is eating healthy.

Someone on MFP posted a challenge one day to do 25 jump and jacks everytime you go to the restroom. I do this at work everyday. I have even upped it to 50 now.
