I too suffer from Migraines. I find that when I feel one coming on (the blurred vision, flash of light over eye) I take a dose of benadryl and then take some pain relief. I went to a party for this because a friend of mine was selling them. I did try it once at the party, but when I broke out in to a horrid rash for about two weeks, well, it was a "wrap" for me. Have not used them again.

I have a 32oz cup that I make sure that I drink at least two and hope to get 3-4 a day. I have no trick to it, just the big cup.

I do drink diet soda, it is not a daily habit. Coffee is my daily habit. But I see nothing wrong with soda from time to time, or daily if that is your preference. I do make sure that I get in my water and that the soda is not a substitute for that.
