I think you should choose gross instead of net. Counting net calories is like giving yourself permission to eat more calories so you can reach your 1200 goal. If you really want to lose weight choose to go by gross calorie total. And on days you workout you can eat 200-300 more calories then normal

Its total B.S. If you're not losing weight from cardio then its because you're eating more calories then you burn or maybe you're building muscle (muscle weighs more then fat, but has a smaller mass). You should never stop exercising unless your doctor (who has tested you and has access to your specific medical history)…
