  • I agree with the other comment about keeping busy! I know that I get bored when I am home on my days off so I try to keep busy with laundry, cleaning, etc and that seems to keep me from eating too much. I know its easier said than done though! =)

  • I have been trying to confirm entries that I see are accurate so we can have more confidence...I have only seen one mistake but I guess I don't look at them every time! I will start from now on!
  • I got a new bike last summer but I had to invest in a better seat this summer! Well worth it....I rode about 15 miles yesterday and might need to invest in bike shorts with pads if I plan to do that every day!! :) Biking is fun!
  • Hey Tammy, I am not that fond of VEGGIES either...but I started drinking V8 to help me get extra vegetable servings in my diet. You just have to watch out because there are calories in that so you have to watch that!
  • Don't give up! The scale might be up because you have built muscle from working out! That happened to me when I first started working out.
