I'm addicted to diet coke! I have been able to severely decrease the amount I drink by forcing myself to drink more water. The more water I drink, the less tasty the diet coke seems. I hope that helps!

I have the same exact problem except my husband does half if not more than half of the cooking and buys a bunch of junk food! It is very frustrating!

I did it about 6 months ago and I did not like it. I got really bad headaches (probably from the caffeine withdrawl), and I didn't lose any weight with it. Hopefully you have a better experience!

When I am craving chocolate (which is almost every night), I make a glass of skim milk with Hershey's syrup in it. Its way less fat and carbs than a candy bar or blizzard that I would rather have but it helps me get through the craving usually. My mother's day was pretty good! I got a beautiful homemade card and bouquet of flowers from my 7 year old daughter! She also decorated a shopping bag. I love homemade presents! 1. I would say to weigh yourself once a week on the same day every week, however, I weigh myself every morning because I can't wait that long usually.... 2. I'm not an expert, but I think eating a big breakfast is better than eating a large dinner....I think you want to consume more of your calories earlier in the day....just my opinion!
