I usually recommend the flu shot because as someone else mentioned, if you get sick after you had the flu shot, you generally do not get as sick as those who did not get the shot. WAY TO GO!!! I am a Diet Coke drinker and the only time I was able to "give it up" was when I was pregnant or nursing! Its so tough! I love it so much!

Can you do the Ab Burner first? I had to do that with P90x, after doing the arms or legs work out I did not feel like doing ABs so I did the Ab Ripper X first.... Hope that helps.

I know how you feel! I worked out really good last week and not so good over the weekend and GAINED a pound! My goal is to lose 40-45 lbs in however much time it takes! I will be happy if I can lose 15 by Christmas! We can do it!!! Keep logging, keep working out and it'll happen right?!!! :happy:

My mom has a gluten allergy too! Have you tried Quinoa? Its gluten free and can be seasoned to be very yummy! I think its really good for you too!

I have a pair of jeans that are SO OLD and ugly but so comfy (when they fit!) and I can't wait to put them on again! Even if I just put them on to wear around the house, fitting in them is the goal! :happy:

You need a set free weights, yoga mat, pullup bar or band, and you need a space big enough to lay down fully extended and roll over a couple times (its in a workout.) Some workouts you need a chair or stool (like a bar stool) I hope that helps!

I would say like the rest, do the most of each exercise as you can (write it down) and push yourself to do more next time. I try to look the food up BEFORE going and if they don't offer the nutrition info, I either don't go or pick something that sounds close in the database.

I had bought a pair and wore them a couple times and my legs did get sore...I didn't keep them because they ended up being too big but for the time or two that I wore them they seemed to be doing something....

I usually gain during the TOM...anywhere from 2-4 lbs...I think its mostly water weight though but not sure because I usually crave lots of salt and sugar....
