Everyone has their opinion on what they do. I only eat maybe 2-300 of the calories i burned back. Sometimes I will eat more some times I wont eat any. I switch it up a lot but honestly it all depends on how you feel. If you feel light headed after a workout then you probably are not eating enough. If you feel great then…

I have been with my fiance for three years and we were both over weight when we met. Now that I am becoming way physical and extremely cautious on my food choices this has been a little bit of a struggle. But I have learned that you cant change people. If I push him he is just going to get mad and resist. He has to want…

Well I started off doing a work out on pinterest every week. If you search 1000 calorie workout out it will pop up. Not sure if you really burn that much but don't get discouraged and take as many breaks as you need to.. after a week I was not getting sore anymore so I swapped crunches for bicycle crunches and the squats…

I think it is just determination.. After so many times of doing the same thing and then realizing I have gained all the weight back and then some. When I start looking and feeling good a continue to shoot for little goals. That is just me though

this for sure! It hit me at the beginning of this year. I also got help seeing a therapist because I realized I am a compulsive eater and when I am down I stuff my face. Seeing a therapist has really helped me to open up and use other tools to deal with things other than food. But you really have to want it. I have wanted…
