true but i also dont want to eat very little. I want to make sure im eating enough to stay within the deficit. My numbers now are according to 3 days of working out.

i do weigh it but its difficult to make that amount as its very small.

and the funny thing is , i had a problem getting in my protein. Now people are telling me to lower my protein when i finally could get it to 150.. man i will never win hahaha :)

i was going via TDEE as 40 40 20 i believe when i set it.

if you take a look at my diary, im trying to stay within but i put in my own macros for it via TDEE. its just i hate when my carb goes over.

ok so the only reason i ask is because MFP exercise calcs are hard to calculate. Its all average so i dont know if i even want to log it. if this is the case, then TDEE numbers would work correct? and if i wanted TDEE calcs, its easy to format it here correct?

see for me, i want to use it for my Insanity DVDs. Curious how to factor it in the diary because i want to eat at least half my calories back. Anyone else have this dilemma

how about for Insanity which is kind of HIIT workouts? wouldnt this be useful?
