  • I track my calories here, but I also closely watch my macronutrients: my diet typically consists of 40% Protein, 30% Fat and 30% Carbs (mainly from veggies and fruits.) I try to limit my carbs to 100 grams or less and eat them earlier in the day. That's what works for me. I try to eat mainly whole foods- not much processed.
  • Exactly. I lift and I left heavy- barbells not dumbbells. I'm strong, toned and definitely not bulky!
  • I'd also like to join...getting married in 3 1/2 months, needs more motivation to lose the last 10 pounds! What do I need to do?
  • You are amazing! Your attitude is refreshingly hones...weight loss is hard and it takes hard work and effort. You're inspiring me to keep at it and not give up. Thanks! p.s. As for the belly fat etc....start strength training, it is the key to firming up and so good for your overall health in so many different aspects
