I'm really impressed! If there are free beverages or snacks available, I typically (mindlessly) grab something. And then beat myself up afterwards. Good for you for hitting the pause button long enough to make a good choice.

Just for today I will go to the gym even though the idea of working with my trainier after not working out at all for 6 weeks scares the heck out of me.

New here and I adore this thread. Just for today: I will be furiously happy about a 1/2 pound loss instead of being angry it wasn't a full pound.
