  • My goal is to make myself a priority. In 2014 I will be more active and be aware of what I am eating. I know I won't be perfect, but I plan on doing better than I did last year.

  • I'm down 11 pounds from the beginning of the year. While this is good for me, it's not great. I must rededicate my efforts to tracking and exercising.
  • I didn't lose any weight this week, but I didn't gain any either. My birthday was on Thursday, and it threw off my entire weekend. Back on track today!
  • Cardio Party nearly killed me on Monday. I only did about 20 minutes. Today I was supposed to so the 20 min workout, but i thought I would tackle Cardio Party again, and I did about 30 minutes of it. Hopefully I'll be able to get through the entire workout soon!
