I just started it today actually. It is a pretty good workout, can't wait to see the results. I am going to do it every day, so we will see what happens.

I find it so hard to even drink 8 glasses of water, usually I average about 4. I'm just never that thirsty! If I drink too much, I'm always taking way too many trips to the bathroom at work! I know that it is necessary and I'm pretty new to this site so I do have a lot to learn, for me this is a huge lifestyle…
