  • I have one. He has been with me and kids since he was less than a year old after rescued from some horrible people who deserve to be chained up and starved like they did the dogs. Anyway, he is now almost 15 years old! The biggest fattest most spoiled dog ever I believe. I would post a pic, but don't know how....

  • I work nights, but I always start over at midnight when MFP auto rolls any way. I also have my meals listed by time of day rather than breakfast, lunch, etc... Feel free to look at my diary.

  • I guess that is very true.... I shop at Dillon's, and the outside isles around the building are the fresh fruit/veggies, the fresh deli, fresh dairy, and natural foods sections. Popcorn sounds really good now though... Thanks...lol

  • I read in another post yesturday and really like the idea of it. "There is no go to foods. When you go to the grocery store, walk around the perimeter of the store. Do not go down the isles. If it is on the outside isles, then those are the foods that you need to be eating." Keep those foods in your cabinets and fridge.
  • I changed all my times on the log to 4 hour shifts. That way no matter what shift I work each day, I can log it at the correct time. Then I make a notation in the note section as to my hours that day. Add me if you would like.
  • I am a all shift person.... Does that count? I am at work now and don't get done today until 4pm
  • I do measure everything I eat and keep accurate readings. I do cardio and strength training and have been doing this for a month now. I only get on scales every ten days or so.... Every time, I am heavier.

On the days that I am litterally awake for 24 to 36 or more hours, can I have more than 1200 calories? I find myself very hungry sometimes even when I have already had my allowance....
