Well.... I match some of those.... I am female and I work nights, (at work now). I live with my 4 children who are extremely healthy in weight and energy and have no problems griping about me wanting to eat healthy all the time. Feel free to add me if you would like.

From what I am reading above, I am doing this weight loss thing way wrong.... My tally says that EVERY day. I almost always stay under and I never even count my exercise. I consider that just a bonus. Maybe I need to rethink things. My weight loss is extremely slow going.

Hi!. I have about 40 more pounds to lose. When it comes to proportions, and you don't have a set of scales, I would try to measure using a measuring cup for fruit and vegetables. For meat, no bigger than the size of a deck of cards is generally a good proportion. Feel free to add me if you are looking for support.

COUNT EVERYTHING Water is Water only. Everything else is extra and should be counted. You will be surprised at how much all the extras add up in calories.

LOL!!! I totally understand and am right there with you in grocery bills. I shop for myself, SO, and 6 kids, 4 of which happen to be teenagers!!! I am roughly spending almost $275 per week!

This may sound stupid to you, but I suggest start with regular massage therapy. It could very well be that your muscles are so tight and or tense from stress and other life factors that is causing so much pain. If stretching helps the pain only temporarily tells me that the muscles are simply constricting themselves back…

I would count the raw egg value. IMO, the 101 comes in to play when you use oil to treat your skillet and so many people add milk to their egg to stretch it out and add fluffiness to scrambled eggs. I see it a lot in different recipies.

Yes. It is a form of abuse, but you need the proof behind the accusation if you plan to file charges against some one for that single claim, and that is very hard to do considering it will be a he said/she said battle in any courtroom. The is in the United States. I do not know about any where else. Sorry

I use my blender almost everyday, replacing a meal or using a shake as a snack. Love my blender!!

Same boat here.... but this is what I have done to help myself. I LOVE gummy candy..... addiction..... I bought the gummy vitamins. I bought the Fiber Gummies. I bought the Brach's Sugar Free Gummies. I have the vitamins in the morning to soothe my craving... I have the Fiber Gummies in the afternoon. This at least gives…

I use it, as a snack or for the protein, never as a meal replacement. I like it, and it does seem to help curb the appetite and make me wait till dinner.... :smile:

My son has a heart condition and the doctor has also told him to eat more salt. Too embarrassed to take classes..... I work alone on the machines while the kids go swim. Then I join them and try to swim a few laps before we leave. Do you have a trainer or some one you work with? Do you take classes? If so, what kind?
