Super yummy and easy.
Blend 1/2 c. Dry oatmeal (i used clover valley instant) until it is a fine powder. Empty into mixing bowl. Blend 1 banana with 1/8 - 1/4 c. water until entirely liquid. Add 1/2 scoop (19-20g) vanilla whey protein powder to oatmeal. Mix together then add banana/water combo. Add extra water to desired thickness (1/4c for me...but i add more as i go since the oatmeal absorbs it). Add cinnamon to taste. Makes rougly 4-1/4c scoops of "pancake" bater which when cooked is like a 4" pancake for each scoop. Reminds me of banana bread + oatmeal cookie + pancake convenience. Its like 320cals or so depending on your protein powder but keeps me full.

I have been doing something similiar but without the banana. I use oatmeal or even flax meal. I add prunes, dates, apples, whatever fruit sounds good, add nuts, water, and baking powder to them. Makes a yummy pancake I make an apricot compote kinda topping for it.0
