I really need to loose 40 lbs. I am 67 but healthy and somewhat active. My problem is portions. Anyone got some goood tipss for me.

Hi!. I have about 40 more pounds to lose. When it comes to proportions, and you don't have a set of scales, I would try to measure using a measuring cup for fruit and vegetables. For meat, no bigger than the size of a deck of cards is generally a good proportion. Feel free to add me if you are looking for support.0
