I think it's nice that he tells you his honest opinion, but at the same time. If he doesn't "fancy you" because of some poor diet choices what will life be like when serious crap in life hits you guys???? If he can't deal with something like that it would make me question how he would handle other issues that come up. I…

I had the same thing happen to me a few years back. I had lost like 20 lbs in two months by watching my food and working out. The women in the office accused me of taking diet meds and B-12 shots. I don't take meds period and I wouldn't start by doing that. I realized they were just unhappy with themself and had to find a…

I am not any of those but I have given much thought to Vegetarian or Vegan diet. I read a book on the benefit of it and I was blown away by how bad meat and dairy and things are for our body. I honestly I haven't done it because 1. I my bf would never go for eating like that. 2. I feel lost when I even begin to think about…

I started taking paxil when I was 16 and over the next six years I went from 115 to 185. I finally got off the paxil and stopped gaining. The switched me from paxil to celexa which I found didn't have the same side effects for me that paxil did. Hope that helps you. Good luck!

when you first started giving them up, did you crave the stuff at first? I've heard that once you give it up after awhile you stop craving it and don't think about it. I can't ever get past the cravings. I'd like too though!! Great job to you!!!
