Help adjusting calories
MFP gave me 1200 calories and I'm trying to eat that and I work out 4-5 times a week 30 mins. I mostly do cardio, but I do some light weights also a couple of times a week. I don't get it!
Last weekend I started back eating 1200 calories. I lost 3 lbs over the weekend. Last monday I started working out and worked out Mon-Thurs and lost more weight eating about 1300 calories. Fri, Sat & Sun I didn't work out but still ate 1200 calories and I haven't lost and oz! WTH??? I don't get it!

Found some motivation
Today I was sitting here not doing the best I could be doing on my goal with weight loss. I decided to look at some of the post on here and I found a little extra motivation to keep me on track today. This really is a great site and hopefully I can keep this up and reach my goals. Thanks everyone!

Bummed
Last October I started doing awesome and I had stuck to my diet and lost 20 lbs. Sadly, I have gained back 15 and feel so bummed about it. Diet and Working out
I am watching my calories but I've started to workout. I normally wouldn't eat those calories from working out but i'm wondering if i should be or shouldn't? Any advice? Am I doing the right thing?
