Help adjusting calories

MFP gave me 1200 calories and I'm trying to eat that and I work out 4-5 times a week 30 mins. I mostly do cardio, but I do some light weights also a couple of times a week. The first week I started I lost weight fast and I have stopped and just bounce 1 lb up and down now. I've read a lot of post about not eating 1200 calories, but I'm not clear on how to figure out what I should be eating. I've gone to other websites and they all tell me 1200 too. Is there anyone that can give me advice on the best way to figure out what I should be eating when I'm working out and what I should eat on the days I don't work out? I'm already taking my measurements started that last week so I haven't seen a change, but its kind of early for that.

Are you entering your exercise here? If so it tells you how much extra you can eat on workout days.0
