i agree! i used to think drinking juices was healthy, but i gained 10 lbs from them! i drink more water now :smile:

choose a day where you eat a little bit of a snack. i try eating a little bit of an unhealthy snack on the weekends, i will NOT overeat on unhealthy snacks (using that method). i occasionally drink a soda.
