  • I would say it depends on what sugars your taking in, if you eating fruit, chances are one piece of fruit is going to make you go over your limit. But those are healthy sugars, now if your getting all your sugars from like a bag of skittles those are "empty carbs" and do nothing for you. I know that I go over on my sugars…
  • New to the group --- Since I've started my weightloss adventure, i've been pretty good about working out, usually 5-6 days a week. But i'm having a terrible time getting my binge eating under control and it has really effected my weightloss, hoping that this group will help!
