I try imagine myself at a future event - even a small one where I know I will feel better about myself for making good choices now - No set pounds or inches to loose - Sometimes I squeeze in 15 min here or 20 mins there of exercise..something simple and not complicated on busy days..

I log after each meal or end of the day.. If i don't pack my own food - I log on and look up food before I eat (normally lunch). If I don't have access- I try to eat the same foods I have previously logged -

mine was PB & J.. my skipped my dinner better eat something.. mise well have ate dinner!
