I recently bought H.I.T. extreme training book through a membership of mens fitness magazine, it is a great book full of many tips and secrets and many high intensity workout routines and schedules, only if you are willing to pay the price.

im 19, looking to slim down and get more fit, which is hard with my work and school schedule. i use this app daily to achieve my goals, and it seems to be helping me quite a bit. feel free to add, for i have nobody i follow or anything.
