Only times I have ever lost weight without trying was every time I was pregnant. I always ate according to doctors orders b/c of the baby which meant I wasn't over eating. So yes it can be done and can be healthy for both.

For the struggling exercisers in us. I won't say last month was easy. It was hard, but I pushed harder. There were days I would sit down to do my ab crunches and say I am just going to do 100 but once I got started I couldn't stop until I finished. Then I would go to the bike and say I'm just going to ride 5 minutes but…

I just got a fitbit for Christmas and I am working on increasing my exercising. I would like to set a goal of 100 for the month of February.

Time dear, your thoughts never bore me. If you are like me your best revelations come as you type them out. I saw your blog post and responded there as I relate to this very topic. That has been one of things that I have learned since joining Hatters. I am NOT alone in most of the feelings that I have buried through the…

I bought a fitbit one. It has really helped me stay focused on moving. It has been 3 weeks now and for the first time in my life I find myself actually pushing to do exercises. I am loving the motivation of beating yesterday's numbers.

I wear the Fitbit one, it clips to my bra or waist of my pants. No problems with rashes and I love it.
