My weight lose has been almost all accomplished by control portions and staying with in my daily numbers. I eat 75 gr of protein and limit carbs to 120 grams a day. Stay positive and stay the path you will continue to see results.

I have tried em but they are super sweet which doesn't appeal to me. I have also tried the premier protein shakes but again they are super sweet also. The best tasting ready to go shake imo s the Core Power light strawberry banana.

Yes it works. I only started exercising regularly when I got a fitbit this past Christmas. I lost the first 70 counting nothing but calories. Now as I read and learned more I began to change to a healthier lifestyle.
