  • I agree that hooping is really very effective for the tummy and hips area. I do just 10 mins a day after my run....5 mins clockwise and 5mins anti clockwise. Keep it up though because when you stop it goes flabby again. I have also found that too much sugar in my diet tends to give me a bigger tummy and also not drinking…
