Get a cleaning lady!! You do too much already. Do the work you love, take care of your body, and get the help you need.

I feel the same. You get more support here than you do in weight watchers and this you can do from your home. I too look forward to becoming one of those people inspiring others. I have to keep reminding myself...take baby steps... and never give up!!

fantastic. I'm 41-- by 42 I want to lose my weight and take my big entrance exam to medical school. Yes, life can begin in one's forties and I won't let it pass me by!!
