I go to Panera at lunch occassionally when I haven't prepared my lunch ahead of time. I like that they have their nutritional information available online so I plan out my meal before I get there; however, their food (like most take out/restaurants) is high in sodium. Much better to make your own meals so you have total…

Hello & Welcome! :) I've been trying to prelog my food the night before or early morning. It absolutely helps me keep on track. I never prelog excerise though.

This is just me but...as soon as it doesn't fit anymore because It's too big I toss it!!! The weight that is coming off is never going back on. You'll feel better wearing smaller sizes that accent your curves instead of wearing baggie clothes. :)

If you're counting calories you should count everything. If you're keeping track of macros while watching calories you'll quickly see which fruits and veggies are high in fiber, carbs, protein, etc.
