Mmmmm, lots of choices. As many have already said, asked for skinny versions. My fav is a tall caramel macchiato.

I had it checked as part of a full panel that my physician did. Levels were low but grateful that it was fixable with supplements and didn't need a script. I think the test is worth doing as I feel much better taking the supplements.

Far from target but most definitely! It's part of my routine.

In my opinion the only way you're going to get an accurate calorie burn is with a heart rate monitor. I use MMW as well with my monitor and the calorie burn reported by MMW has been pretty on target.

Welcome to the new you!! You're going to be fantastic! Feel free to add me. :)

But to be honest it doesn't matter what time you weigh yourself as long as you always weigh yourself at the same time, on the same scales in the same clothes (or no clothes), you will see the general patten.
^^^ I agree with this. My preference is to weigh myself in the morning.

Absolutely works! You have to be committed to using it and making accurate recordings of your food and exercise. :)

I refill every time my glass is empty and have no problem getting in 8+ glasses a day. I stay away from the artifical flavorings and will sometimes add lemon slices or mint leaves.

Hi, I have endo too and never heard of a diet specially for it to help with symptoms. I have noticed that regular exercise does reduce the pain. Good luck to you and if you find any foods to avoid or consume that work for you let me know! :)

Diet/fitness should be fun not a chore! Unless you are a weight class athlete (wrestler, boxer, etc) don’t take things as seriously as I did. Enjoy your success, move on to your next goal and don’t get hung up on 16 seconds.
^^^ Love this! Best of luck on your journey.

Feel free to add me too! Mutual motivation is key to kicking our behinds to reach our goals.

YouTube! - great idea, think I'll try it  I too get bored on the elliptical and it's becoming problematic because It's no longer challenging enough for me - and music isn't keeping me going on it! I love outdoor workouts but time and weather don't always cooperate.

OMG, take the kids out! Kids look forward to getting dressed up and treat or tricking. My girlies get a ton of candy every year - I just portion it out to them and take a lot of it to my co-workers. Let them have fun!!!
