Not sure if it counts either. I work in a deli and I bought a pedometer watch, I was shocked that on the typical day I walk 12 miles. Should I change my settings to waitress level?

Thank you to everyone who took the time to reply. I am new to running and do about 30 min a day, which is a baby step to most. but thank you for addressing my concerns over muscle loss. I like the look and feel of my muscle and was just concerned about loosing it.

First of all...You don't need to attack me just to disprove me. I was simply inquiring what others knew of it, so I could include the one with the best benefits into my day. I looked at several sites not just Beast Fitness. But thank you for all your knowledge.

I hear you. I just quit smoking 6 weeks ago and already I have gained 10 lbs. I am freaking out, its back to calorie counting for me.

It gets easier, I felt the same way. Every muscle in my body hurt. Today is day 5 and No pain. I am on level one and I can almost make it threw without stopping.:wink:

I'm in, I was doing this on my own before I saw this post. ON day 5 of the shred. I have owned this movie for like 2 years and never made it all the way though.
