like above posts you are not eating enough calories.i find when i lower calories to try to lose weight it is counterproductive.if i stayat 1600 and exercise 3 days a week i lose.i dont lose at a fast weight as i am older but i consistently lose 1-2 a week hope this helps

I work totally night shift so many days i eat during day and others at night. I have set up y meal plans as 6 snacks and try not to go more than 3 hours without eating something and i do 6 mini meals rather than large meals. Hope this helps

I was in the same situation of eating below goals and not losing weight.I learned that you hve to eat up to your goal or you would not lose weight. I have continued to lose weight ever since i began eating more and using a food diary is essential. Otherwise your body goes into starvation mose.

You look great- I have lost 60 pounds total some before MFP but last 40 with. I still have about another 60 to lose.Im sticking with it. You will lose that 9 again. The secret is that you jump on it when you only have 9 to lose. If you dont the 9 turns into 15--20--25--etc. Best of luck Connie
