I picked mine based on my high school weight as well. If I find a weight between that I'm comfortable with I'll go with that. I looked up on the internet what a healthy size would be and it said 120-140. Realistically that is not healthy for me. I have a very large butt that weighs about 10lbs itself.

I think you should try changing your surroundings and do something you were not able to do when you were heavier. For example, run a 5K, go rock climbing, etc. As far as feeling ugly you have to do things that make you feel attractive ,ie dressing up, pamper day, etc.

You got it!!! Just keep it put. I am restarting so this is my first week as well. Just don't stop because you don't want to have to redo all the hard work that you put in once you get started. Also, plan meals and work out schedules that always helped me. Good luck!!!
