I started 1 month ago at 139, currently I'm at 133 and my goal weight is around 125. I hope I can lose these pounds for my vacation in september!

Pasta! Damn, 350cal for 100g? I used to eat way more than 100g per meal. Now I have to keep them for when I do a lot of exercise because it's impossible to fit them in 1200 or 1300cal ;_;

I weight myself and take my waist measurement every 3 or 4 days. I'm on day 16 and I only started taking my other measurements today, but I'll take them every 2 weeks (long enough to see some results, but it won't be spectacular anyway since I only plan to lose 12 pounds)
