Level 2 Day 1 DOWN as of last night...and OH MY GOSH...what a workout! I feel like it's a much harder workout than level 1, but I'm very impressed with my stamina compared to Day 1 of Level1. I feel like Level 2 moves a lot quicker and doesn't feel like it drags by. I actually enjoyed it...now, ask me 10 days from now and…

I was taking Mircette for approximately 1 year. I stopped taking it last fall and initially didn't see a big difference, but I have progressively lost weight since stopping it. It also effected my thirst. After getting off of Mircette I have noticed I drink a lot more water and before I never felt thirsty.

I've heard the C25K app is very helpful for beginners. It's for smart phones.

maybe make a list of your goals and mini goals with rewards. Like, once I lose 10 more lbs I'm getting a new water bottle to jog with...my next mini goal I'm getting a new pair of running shoes. It can be very small rewards up to whatever you want.

Congrats to you! I hope to join your club soon! :)

I'm on Level 1 Day 10 today (woo hoo!) and my husband commented on how my face/neck look thinner so I measured just around my neck (waiting til end for final results I think)...and I've already lost 1 1/2 inches!!! Keep it up everyone it will be worth it!

I bring my lunch every day. Either leftovers from dinner the night before or a sandwich with fruit or veggies I can heat up. I usually make the veggies for dinner the night before and heat them up at lunch the next day. Also, a good snack is Mott's all natural apple sauce no sugar added. I try to pack a pickle or two and…

Don't feel bad! I'm on day 10 of Level 1 and I still hate that first set of cardio...I hate all the jumping/bouncing around. The second set with the punching and butt kicks is not nearly as hard for me. :) Keep pushing through and take your breaks if you need 'em. You do get better the more you do it.

You aren't just my sis...you are inspiring to me!!! :) Love you and keep it up!

Always broccoli. :)

What does everyone plan to move on to once the shred is complete? Will you just repeat 30DS or do you have something else you want to try?

I started walking a few weeks ago every evening and at first they hurt pretty quickly into my walk, but now I make sure to stretch and I don't have any pain. I'm actually up to jogging part of my neighborhood now. I'm sure there is better advice out there, but that's what has worked for me!

My sister blends up veggies into all her sauces to hide them from her husband who HATE vegetables. She hides them well in her chili and spaghetti sauce. :) You never even notice they are there.

Level 1 Day 8 completed as of last night! My husband also gave me a very nice NSV...I was going for a walk and had on a normal t-shirt and workout pants and he gave me a big hug and said "wow! you are getting smaller fast...I can feel you trimming up." I don't know how acurate this is, as I've only been doing the shred for…

The change is obvious! You look great! :)

I'm on day 8 of level 1 of the 30 day shred and I love it so far! The first 3 days were the toughest...but once you push through the soreness it is so worth it. It's only been 8 days and I already notice a difference in my endurance and how my clothes fit. I haven't measured since Day 1, but I know I have lost inches. I'm…

I know they have them at Walgreens and Target. Mine came strapped to a lunchkit, so I had to buy both...but I use both :)
